Finally after a gap of 28 years the Indian team led by Dhoni have lifted the World Cup beating SriLanka by 6 wickets at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium!!! It was a High voltage match keeping every one on tenterhooks, A magnificent win that saw the best performances by all. It would be lengthy to mention all those who counted(and i cant miss out anyone). But i want to mention some unmentioned people who will undoubtedly cherish this day all their life. They are the grounds men at Wankhede, Indian Coach Gary Kirsten and the umpire Simon Taufel. With emotions running high i have too much to write but will end here and try getting some of the best pic's of the match.

The media is a buzz with scoops right from the brides wedding dress to the official programme, the cakes and the flowers, the timetable, the music at the service to the list of guests and the procession route. Those needing an introduction to the royal family should go through the who’s who. United Kingdom has fallen head over heels in love with the royalty. Even the Royal Armed forces are doing their part for the event. The fairy tale wedding takes place on 29th April at Westminster Abbey and the reception will be held at Buckingham Palace. Kate undoubtedly will be overshadowed by Princess Diana whose shoes it will be difficult to fill.
